| Game Summary (Ralph Jones, NetFL Press) "You want fries with that?" Yep, we'll be hearing that from Robert Gallery in the near-future after this week's performance. After a time, I began to play a game, counting the seconds between mistakes, waiting with giddy excitement while seeing that head coach of theirs as angry as an animal rights activist stumbling into an NRA convention.
And so now it stands that PC leads the all-time series 1-0 against KIR. PC has a 2-2 regular season record. KIR has a 0-4 regular season record. The latest (what I shall laughingly call a) contest saw PC has feasted upon KIR as though they were naught but a group of frenchmen on the battlefield 31-28 in front of a jeering and hostile crowd.
They were almost perfect on the PC squad particularly on the defensive side of the ball last week as they racked up a combined 281 points, 154 on offense and 127 on defense. Muhsin Muhammad with 32 points on offense and LaMarr Woodley with 28 points on defense were the top scorers. Mistakes dampened the mood around the locker room somewhat. Said Coach/GM Glenn Good, "We had a few breakdowns. . For one, Correll Buckhalter was clearly showing some ill-effects from his intestinal parasite. Medically speaking, his body should be donated to science, there's so much wrong with him. At least, that's gotta be the case given the number of plays he likes to take off . As for those OG? They were utterly incompetent, gaining 1 Fumbles while taking the day off. Overall though, the Doc's been looking into a revolutionary new surgery - replace his hands with anything - stickum, chicken claws, even bricks would be an improvement. I mean, he drops balls as if they were live ferrets. in this game was Jason Brown. His useless effort yielded a venom-filled snarl of anger from his position coach.
Though the game was already decided on the field, apparently neither team was done. Glenn Good exclaimed, "Let's see... something nice to say? Well, they're not the most repugnant team out there, but that's kinda like saying that Shockey isn't as annoying as that Owens clown." In response, the KIR coach quipped, "Who? Do they even play professional football?" |
